Ordering policy

In order to buy products from this website you have to enter accurate, current and complete personal information. In the situation that you enter false or incorrect information, the seller is not considered responsible for the delay or non-delivery of your order.

To place an order you have to add the products you wish to buy in the shopping cart and introduce your delivery or invoicing information. After you confirm your order you will be redirected to the payment page.

All the information regarding the value of the order is shown before confirming your order. There can be shipment fees or other taxes.

Delivery policy 

The products will be delivered by courier (DPD inside EU and DHL worldwide). If in any case the shipment is not possible within the specified delivery time, the seller is obliged to inform the buyer of any delays or cancellation or to communicate a final delivery date.

The package will be properly packed and all packages will include documents such as invoice, warranty, user guide or product specifications. 

Return policy 

When the order arrives, please inspect it while a courier is close. In case there is any transit-related damage to the box/-es please notify the courier and check the box content immediately. If you find damage to the content as well, please take some quick photos of the box showing the label and damaged box as proof and mark the shipment on the delivery sheet as damaged. Please do not hesitate to notify us by sending the photos of the damaged box and damaged detail/-s. We will replace defective or missing parts as soon as possible. All deliveries are covered by transport insurance.

If there is some reason you are not satisfied with your WOODJOY product, you can make a return within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in the same condition i.e in its original packaging, with user guide and all internal packaging. WOODJOY is unable to accept returns or a refund for items that are not returned in exactly the same condition that they were purchased. This kind of returns will be covered by the customer.

The amount paid for the returned goods, will be returned to the Buyer within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the goods.

Our company reserves the right to refuse repetitive returns of the goods and suspend the customer’s account.  

Also, the Seller cannot be held responsible for the loss of the products after they had been delivered to the Buyer or for any physical damages and injuries suffered as a result of improper use of the products.

In the contingency of an unforeseen event, neither party will be liable for the breach of contractual obligations.
